Price List & Payment Policies

Standard Hourly Rates*

Content Management and Customer Support Tasks - $20 - Get a quote.

Coaching (10 in-depth emails or a 30 minute phone call) - $25

Technical Services - $40 (half-hour minimum)

Same day rush/after hours/weekend project

A $5 per hour “rush charge” will be added to the standard rate.

Payment Policies

The original contract, signed by all parties, is required to be on file in our office prior to any work being performed. Legible faxed copies are accepted.

We accept payments via PayPal.

Billing time is calculated in 15-minute increments.

General Clients - Invoices will be sent upon completion of the work. Payment is due immediately, unless prior arrangements have been made. If payment is not received within 72 hours, an additional 10% will be added to the total.

Dedicated/Monthly Clients - Invoices will be sent at the end of each month. Payment is due within 5 days. If payment is not received within 5 days, an additional 10% will be added to the total.

Large Projects (Including Technical Services)

Large projects may require that a 50% deposit be placed before work begins. Payment is due in full prior to delivery of finished project. Client will receive a partial copy of the completed project for approval before submitting final payment.
