Pay-As-You-Go Rates

Don’t want or need services on a monthly basis, yet? Our Pay-As-You-Go option might be just what you’re looking for. With this option, you can test-drive our services or just get back on top of things with a little help from us.

VA Services (30-minute minimum) – $25 per hr.

Technical and Specialty Services (30-minute minimum) – $35 per hr.

Info Product Formatting

  • 1-10 pages – $60*
  • 11-30 pages – $125*
  • 31-75 pages – $3.50 per page*
  • 76+ pages – Contact for quote.**

*No. of pages based on pre-formatted, 12 pt font.
**Please contact me for a quote on ebooks with more than 75 pages.

Coaching & Consulting – $40 per hr. (30-minute minumum)

After minimums have been met, billing time is calculated in 15-minute increments.

Please Note: Invoices will be sent upon completion of the work. Payment is due immediately, unless prior arrangements have been made. If payment is not received within 5 days, an additional 10% will be added to the total.

Subscription Retainer Rates

Get More Bang For Your Buck With Retainer Rates!

Need a mixture of VA and Tech services? Get it all for the same low price with our Subscription Retainer Option! Our retainers begin with a 10-hour monthly service package. For those of you who need a little guidance, we also offer a separate 4-hr monthly coaching package to help you brainstorm and plan your strategies. Clients who pre-pay for dedicated monthly service time will receive:

  • VIP discount rate
  • VIP attention & priority
  • VIP notification of service deals
  • Automatic monthly billing
  • Monthly invoice upon request
  • Weekly project/task updates (Friday afternoon)

Please Note: Payment is due before any services are rendered. Unused retainer fees are non-refundable and do not roll-over to the next month.

General Payment Policies

The original contract, signed by all parties, is required to be on file in our office prior to any work being performed. Legible faxed copies are accepted.

We accept payments via PayPal.

Billing time is calculated in 15-minute increments.

Same day rush/after hours/weekend project

A $10 per hour “rush charge” will be added to the general rate.

Large Projects (Including Technical Services)

Large projects may require that a 50% deposit be placed before work begins. Payment is due in full prior to delivery of finished project. Client will receive a partial copy of the completed project for approval before submitting final payment.
