Home Business: Attitude Is Everything
It’s a fact. You have to give to grow. When you give, you make room for good things to come into your life. You become what my family calls a Sweetie. By learning how to give, you grow as a person. Here is how I became a sweetie and learned to apply the principles to my business.
Personal Sweetie
When I was about twelve years old, Dad found out that a family we knew didn’t have any heat or food. My Dad had a full tank of natural gas delivered to their home and took the family to buy groceries. The mom bought staples, ham, and other items that could be stretched to provide quite a few meals. It wasn’t until I heard what the little boy said that it really struck me how good it was to be a sweetie. He said, “Alright! We can have ham tonight!” What an eye-opener! He was happy about ham and the other small things.
Ever since then, I have known the joy of giving. No longer was it just something I did because it was the right thing to do. I did sweet things and gave because I saw how it affected others. To this day, some 30+ years later, I can still hear the excitement and appreciation in that little boy’s voice. In fact, when I give and someone is too overwhelmed to say anything, I hear that small voice from long ago and no words are needed.
Business Sweetie
When I began my business, I had the impression that you had to be a tough, abrupt, no nonsense kind of person. I thought you had to curb all those giving inclinations. From what I had seen, most business people were always thinking about what was in it for them. I didn’t think I could be that kind of person. That is why it took me so long to start my businesses.
Thankfully, I found Alice Seba, who practices giving in her businesses life as well as in her personal life. I learned I didn’t have to be a “cutthroat” kind of business owner. I could be a sweetie in business too.
As I watched and listened to the advice, I began to understand how I could incorporate giving into my business practices. Alice taught me how giving can bring you more traffic, more sales, and build better business relationships. When I allowed everyone to see what a sweetie I am, my business began to take off. It’s amazing how being nice and giving can attract customers as well as people who would like to include you in partnerships.
You have an advantage that I didn’t have when I began my business. Alice and Mila have put together a package with all the things you’ll need to become a sweetie in your business. It’s called the Internet Marketing Sweetie System. Please take advantage of these great resources and tips. It will truly make a difference in your business and your personal life.
Good luck on your path to becoming a sweetie!
