Get Revolution Themes Before They Are Gone
Yes, it’s the end of Revolution themes as we know it. There is good and bad news in this so bear with me.
The bad news…sort of
If you have been considering getting one of Brian Gardner’s WordPress Revolution Themes, you only have until Oct. 31, 2008! Why? Because at midnight on Oct. 31, the current Revolution Themes will be no more. Brian is taking them off the market. You will no longer be able to purchase these particular themes from him.
As a business owner with multiple sites (or as a theme developer), you may want to consider getting the developer package where you will receive ALL of the current themes and can use them on as many sites as you’d like. If having a unique site is important to you, I suggest that you pick up these WordPress Themes before they are gone forever!
Now for the good news
Brian and Jason Schuller will be taking Revolution into a new direction, the direction of the GPL license. In a nutshell, this means that new themes will be developed under the GPL terms. For these new themes, Brian and Jason will be offering a new (paid) package which would include support, tutorials, access to customization and a few other things.
If you purchase or upgrade to the currently available All-Inclusive Developer Package before the end of October, you will pretty much be grandfathered in and will automatically inherit the ability to receive the new theme package benefits at no additional cost.
