Are you thinking, “Sounds good but I don’t want to be a VA. How can I profit from this?” Don’t worry, Melody and I haven’t left you out! There a couple of ways you can profit. One way is by letting us do the time consuming part for you. Another is by becoming an affiliate.

As business owners, Melody and I know that it can take a lot of time to show a new virtual assistant how to do certain tasks. Virtual Business Mavens can help cut the learning curves down to a minimum. Just recommend us to your VA. When they join, we’ll give them loads of information on the most commonly performed VA tasks and help them become the virtual assistant you always wanted.

You don’t have to outsource to profit with Virtual Business Mavens. If you market to moms or home business owners, have an affiliate marketing business, or just want to make passive income join our affiliate program. Not only will you add money to your pocket, but you’ll help others create a profitable online business.

Outsourcing: All Or Nothing

You know that outsourcing can help make your business successful and reduce your stress level. Did you know that outsourcing is NOT an all or nothing option? You don’t have to jump in with both feet and turn everything over to a virtual assistant. You can out-task, or outsource small jobs, as your needs arise and your budget allows.

When you have a task that is driving your stress levels up, consider outsourcing just the part that gives you the most trouble. For instance, if you write articles for your website but get stressed out over adding them to your site, get a virtual assistant to add them for you. This could be a one-time thing or something you eventually decide to turn over to your virtual assistant on a monthly basis.

The point is that it’s ok to just outsource short tasks every now and then. Most virtual assistants understand that some business owners just can’t outsource every month. You are off the hook if you were thinking that a VA expects you to provide daily/monthly tasks. Outsource tasks when it’s right for you and your business!

P.S. I added a new website feature! Check out the “Stay Up To Date” section in the right sidebar. You can now get email updates when I add a post to the site.

New Email Update Feature Added

I don’t know about you but I spend a good portion of my day working. I stay so busy doing tasks for others, I have to make a conscious effort to network and add posts to my own site. This is probably true for many service based business, or at least I hope I’m not the only one! ;)I’ve made time for my own business in the late evenings and on the weekends. By then I’m in relax mode and don’t always feel like visiting all the great websites I’ve bookmarked during the day. However, I don’t mind reading good info. In case you have encountered this hurdle too, I’ve added a feature just for you.

To help out my readers a little bit, I’ve added a snazzy little feature to the website. It’s the Get Email Updates link in the “stay up to date” section of the right sidebar. With this feature, you can subscribe to get my latest post(s) in your email box.

The emailing will be in daily digest format. If by some miracle, I have loads of energy and post a bazillion posts in one day, you’ll only get one email. If I have a really busy work-week and don’t post at all, you won’t get an email until I post.

P.S. Feel free just to make an email folder for The Virtual Peach.com and create a filter to send all my posts there. Sign up today and read at your leisure!

P.P.S. Feel free to comment below to let me know what you think about this feature.

Trouble shooting Note: Several of you said you had a problem signing up. After a little investigation I found that the problem may be related to the browser you are using.

When you sign up and enter the security code, you should be taken to a window that contains this:

Signup Success Graphic

If you are not taken to this window, please open internet explorer and sign up in there. Google has taken over this emailing service so there may be a few glitches during the move. If you continue to have a problem, please let me know.
